Canned E-Mail Response From The Jerks At StarChoice

Here's the half-assed response I received via e-mail on November 21, 2008 from StarChoice. I have heard nothing more since.

We are in the process of launching another complaint regarding StarChoice's business practices with the CRTC through the CFIB.

We expect to see some results from that.
